Platypus Shoes is located on level 3,  right in-between Footlocker and City Beach, and right across of David Jones. It is usually opens between 9:30am and 6pm with some variations on Thursdays and the weekends.

Platypus Shoes are probably one of the top shoe retailers, and only really rivalled by Hype DC. Platypus sells shoes for all ages, but does mainly sell more modern/fashionable shoes. Some brands that they would have available would be adidas, Nike, Converse and many more

Even though Platypus mainly focuses on selling shoes, they also have socks, and other clothing available at some stores. At the Macquarie store they do sell clothing and shoes, but some smaller store might not have clothing available.

The Macquarie store is presented very neatly and the shoes that are wanted are presented in a way so that if one is looking for a specific type of brand there is signs to help with their search. And overall the store is a definite must visit when looking for shoes to buy.
