The fresh food people at Macquarie Centre is located on level 3 next to the food court. Both rivals, Aldi and Coles, are also located within close proximity to Woolworths on Level 3. 

The trading hours for Woolworths are a 7am open every day of the week, and a 10pm close on every day except Thursday's where they close an hour later due to late night shopping. 

As the 'Fresh Food People', the scale and quality of Woolworths' fresh food offering is unmatched by other supermarkets, and they have made it their mission to source the very best farmers and growers Australia has to offer. Woolworths remains a down-to-earth Australian Company, dedicated to providing customers with a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience.

The Macqaurie Centre store is similar to any other Woolworths store. The layout is fairly consistent with other stores visited, making it easy and convenient to locate goods you might be searching for. 

  Where I notice a difference is in the number of self-service checkouts. Unlike any other Woolworths store I've visited, there are at least a couple of dozen individual self-service checkout station, which is great for a number of reasons. It cuts down on the time it takes to make it through the entire store, it allows for the individuals consumer to package their own goods and it generally just makes things more convenient. 

However, due to the busy-nature of Macquarie Centre, I've at times noticed Woolworths to be somewhat crowded and busy. This can make one feel more overwhelmed than they would feel at a smaller Woolworths located in a smaller shopping centre. 

However, in all, Woolworths at Macquarie Centre is no different to any other Woolworths. You get what you would expect at this store, albeit a bit busier and more crowded.
