Big W is located on level 2 near Katies and Suzanne Grae. It has a large and vibrant shopfront and will be hard to miss.
The shop is one of the larger stores available at the centre. It is brightly lit up and has ample space to fit many people. Similar to most larger discount stores, there are many signs and cues which make finding products much easier.
The Big W at Macquarie Centre provides a large array of products ranging from cookware, clothing, gaming, toys, stationery, food items and many other household goods.
As Big W is one of Australia's leading department stores; the customer service, the range of products, ease of access and prices were great as expected. I used this time to buy some stationary for University and used the self-service checkouts with no problems. With no hitches or problems, my experience at Big W was very comfortable.
